Sorry for such a belated response, but I wanted to thank you so much for making our time in Miraflores, Peru so wonderful. Everything was perfect: from the taxi picking us up in the airport, to your mother waiting for us there with the keys. She is such an amazing, warm woman! It felt like talking to a family member. Please pass my hello and thank you to her. The apartment was just perfect for us: fantastic location, great views from the windows, very cozy, it had everything we needed. It was SO much better than staying in any hotel room. It was very lucky for us we found your listing. If I am back in Miraflores, I will want to stay there again.

Dear Ursula:

The Place on El Malecon Balta is truly a pent-house suite, small and cozy, above it all, and with a great view. All of the amenities are there, and the view from the pool and from all the windows is amazing.
I would definitely recommend this place. It is a block and a half from "La Calle de Las Pizzas" and a block from "El Parque del Amor," and close to Larco Mar. Remember that Miraflores has plenty of night life and that it almost never sleeps. You will enjoy your stay. The service was fantastic, and the building security guards were extremely helpful.

This apartment was great for a couple. Nice and breezy with Asian decor and a large and comfortable bed, all the amenities needed for an extended stay. We cooked everyday and enjoyed our stay. Jossy, the administrator, was very nice and also respectful of our privacy. We will come back again someday.

The location of the mini penthouse is great. The decoration is very nice and cozy. The view of the ocean is beautiful and relaxing. My husband and I are thankful for the owners' cordiality. This one bedroom studio apartment is a mini-penthouse in central Miraflores with an incredible view and just two blocks from the boardwalk and a few minutes walk from Larco Mar, the mall on the Pacific Ocean. The apartment is close to everything- restaurants, casinos, coffee houses, theaters, museums, banks, and supermarkets.

The mini-penthouse is fully furnished and includes wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, telephone, utilities, building maintenance, and 24 hour security. The penthouse has a queen size bed, linens, bath towels, microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, cutlery, dishes, and coffee maker.

If you want a beautiful view of the city of Miraflores and the ocean from the 17th floor, and would like to be located smack in the center of Miraflores, but high above the hub bub of city life, this rental apartment is ideal for you. Why stay in a hotel, when you can have much more and at a much lower price?
