I stayed in the Grimaldo del Solar studio for one week. It was a great place especially for the price. All of the items are new and the place was wonderfully free of mold and dust. For me one of the best parts was its location super close to a nice grocery store and all of the action of Miraflores but even better is that there is 24 hour security. The internet in the apartment was stable which was a huge requirement for me. The check in and check out process was very easy and they sent a car to the airport to get me for only S/. 50 (he even waited when my plane was 4 hours late.)
I would definitely recommend this place.

This modern one bedroom apartment is located three blocks off the city square, close to everything that Miraflores has to offer to the visitor from abroad- fine restaurants, theaters, museums, art galleries, archeological ruins, sport fields, night clubs, casinos, and shopping centers. Kennedy Park is two blocks away with outdoor concerts and local artists performing weekly. Surrounding Kennedy Park are cafes with outdoor patios where you can sit have your favorite drink, or try a local treat such as a Pisco Sour, and take in the street life. There are abundant shops nearby where you can purchase Peruvian arts and crafts and jewelry or even some precious antiques. The apartment is right in the heart of it all, yet on a quiet street just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life, but close enough to have at your finger tips all big city life offers. And there is no reason to feel unsafe ever. The building has 24 hour security.

At night when you want to turn in after a busy day, you can relax in a queen size bed and take in a movie on the Cable TV network or watch a video using the DVD player. This lovely vacation rental also has a great internet service so you are always connected to the world and to friends back home.

Why would you stay in a hotel when you can have so much more for less!
