This fully furnished studio apartment is perfect for the professor, businessman, or tourist who needs a modern, safe, comfortable, convenient place to stay in the commercial heart of Lima, Miraflores. The apartment comes with a full size refrigerator and stove, microwave, internet, phone, cable TV and DVD player. The building has 24 hour security and is located on the top floor of a 9 story building with access to a sunbathing area on the roof. Two blocks away is a movie complex where you can take in a movie in the evening and choose from a half dozen currently released movies in English. Nearby is a Starbuck's and Friday's and various fine Peruvian restaurants. For shopping, there is a Wong's supermarket, a Peruvian supermarket chain that has pretty much anything you will find in an American or European supermarket. If you wouild like to undertake some large department store shopping, a short distance from the apartment you will find a Ripley's and a Sagabella, two great department stores modeled after American department stores. Lima is a large city where you will find a number of foreign chains. Ace Hardware is located approximatley two miles from the apartment. For convenience and charm, this apartment is located in one of the best areas of Miraflores!

Payments can be made easily through PayPal with either Visa or Mastercard. To reserve an apartment, a booking/security deposit of $100 (non-refundable) is required. You pay the rest when you arrive.
